Eligibility for Returns
Customers must provide a complete unboxing video (from opening the package to inspecting the item) as proof in case of a damage claim.
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
We do not provide cash refunds.
If eligible, you may exchange the product for another item of the same value from our store.
The damaged product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, certificates, and accessories (if any).
Non-Returnable Items
Items without a valid unboxing video.
Items damaged due to mishandling, wear & tear, or after the 5-day return window.
Sale or discounted items.

Share the unboxing video and order details for verification.
Once approved, ship the item back to us.
After inspection, we will issue an exchange code to select another item of the same value.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our general processing time is 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Incase of any urgent requests you can always email us and we can work something out.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Shipping is free for orders above $100.
